PHILOSOPHY:

The Botswana Alcohol/Aids Project came into existence because of the connection between Alcohol Use/Abuse and HIV/AIDS. The Safe Haven Counseling Center operates with recognition that most Batswana do not have resources to pay for counseling services and thus, Safe Haven Services are at no charge to the client. We do encourage and provide opportunity for clients to give free-will donations.

Consulting services to Agencies and Employers are performed

under a service contract.

Addiction and other dysfunctions are seen as Family Illnesses. The most successful treatment encompasses counseling for all family members at a designated time during the patient's treatment process.
